Carlo advises Italian and international clients on Corporate – M&A, banking, insurance, regulated entities and real estate matters with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, supervisory regulations, internal compliance and governance, codes of conduct and prudential regulation, commercial contracts and extraordinary transactions of regulated entities, sale and purchase of real estate, companies and real estate portfolios, real estate asset management and real estate investment funds.

Carlo Croff joined the Firm in 1984 and became a Partner in 1989. Previously, he worked with a major law firm in London.
