Jean-Florent Mandelbaum, Associate, is a member of the Tax team. He advises companies on tax aspects of transactions and reorganizations (mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring), he also advises companies in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.

He also advises private clients on their personal tax situations.

He has published numerous articles on various tax matters, including on management incentive instruments, tax consolidation and international tax law.
