Jean-Florent Mandelbaum, Partner, is a member of the Tax team. He advises companies on tax aspects of transactions and reorganizations (private equity, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring), and also advises companies in the context of tax audits and tax litigations.

It is particular active in the technology, banking, automotive, luxury, food, TMT and retail sectors. The team is led by Yves Rutschmann whose expertise is highly regarded.
