Laura Fadlallah, Associate, is a member of the International Arbitration team. She advises companies clients in relation to commercial arbitration and investment arbitration matters. She acts as a counsel in large-scale and complex arbitration proceedings under a variety of arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, PCA, ICSID, UNCITRAL and AAA/ICDR).

She is involved in cases relating to various sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, civil aviation or the mining sector involving clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
She also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations and also regularly advises companies and their senior executives in connection with civil, commercial and criminal proceedings.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, 2011), Columbia Law School (LL.M., 2010), the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Master’s degree in Global Business Law, 2009) and the University of Paris X (Master’s degree in French and Anglo-American Law, 2008).
