  • Advising Dragados on a high-profile project, which is the largest marine works project underway in the UK. It was affected by delays due to matters including government restrictions in light of COVID-19.
  • Acting on dispute concerning the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital. Proceedings were commenced by the NHS Trust in the TCC in December 2019 and the claim against Lendlease was eventually valued by the Trust in excess of £140 million.
