Position

Rob Jardine-Brown is a partner based in the firm’s London office. His main area of practice lies within the shipping and offshore fields. Jardine-Brown is a lawyer with a broad range of marine and offshore experience, specialising in all forms of dispute resolution including commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation for clients in the shipping, offshore oil and gas and energy industries. Within shipping, Jardine-Brown’s experience covers all aspects of the construction of ships, together with their employment, operation and disposal. In the offshore field, he deals with a variety of commercial and operational issues, with particular emphasis on disputes relating to the construction and employment of offshore units including FPSOs, drilling rigs and offshore production and supply vessels. Jardine-Brown also assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of shipbuilding contracts and various forms of offshore contracts including drilling contracts and Supplytime charters. Jardine-Brown has lectured and runs seminars and workshops for clients on a variety of issues relating to shipbuilding and other shipping matters.
