Giulio Andreani is a partner in Dentons' Milan office and a member of the global Tax practice.

Giulio is one of the leading tax lawyers in Italy. He is renowned for his experience in tax litigation, M&A tax structuring in as well as in tax issues related to restructuring and insolvency.

Career

Giulio has been for several years both Director of the Master Course in Tax Law at LUISS University of Rome and Director of Finance and Economy High School of Rome (Ministry of Finance).
He is professor of Tax Law at “Law Business Crisis Master” at Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” as well as at the National Specializing School for Judges (Scuola Superiore della Magistratura).
