Position

Barbara is a partner in our Rome office and she is a member of the global Corporate M&A group.

 

Career

Barbara has over 15 years’ experience as lawyer in Italy. She has acquired a significant expertise in many areas of law, including M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, having advised Italian and foreign clients in transactions relating to the sale and purchase of shares and going concerns, joint ventures, corporate mergers and splits, with respect to corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.

Moreover, she has experience in bankruptcy law, banking and finance (including corporate finance) and assists clients on domestic and cross-border transactions with respect to issuance of financial instruments, debts restructuring, financings and insolvency procedures.
