Top-tier IP firmBird & Bird stands out for its ‘excellent legal and technical skills’ and ‘strong business acumen’. The group is led by ‘one of Italy’s best IP attorneys’, Massimiliano Mostardini, and the highly recommended Giovanni Galimberti. Recent highlights include assisting Edwards Lifesciences with anti-counterfeiting proceedings and acting for L’Oréal in connection with IP issues concerning the opening of a new store.
