Position

Antonio Legrottaglie is a managing counsel in our Milan office and a member of the global Corporate M&A practice.

Antonio mainly deals with extraordinary corporate transactions, private equity and commercial contracts.

Solid expertise on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures (JVs). Consolidated experience in assisting financial sponsors, (either private equity firms, venture capital funds or club deals). Extensive exposure to auction sales and buy and build transactions.
