The broad practice also covers the tax structuring of M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as tax compliance, and administrative and judicial tax proceedings. The group is co-led by Rodrigo Álvarez, who maintains a broad tax practice; and Amory Heine, who is ‘creative and assertive in her advice’.
