Position

Andrea Fiorelli is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and Head of the Tax practice in Italy.

He advises on the tax aspects of corporate and financial transactions. Andrea has extensive experience in advising on: the fiscal treatment of financial products and UCITS (harmonized and non-harmonized); international taxation and planning; tax issues arising in the context of corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions; the taxation of individual assets; and tax litigation.

Career

Before joining Dentons in 2016, Andrea Fiorelli was Head of the Tax department of Norton Rose Fulbright Studio Legale. Prior to that, he was a partner at Di Tanno e Associati.

Led by tax specialist Andrea FiorelliDentons’ Italy team leverages the firm’s approximately 200 tax advisers worldwide. The group advises on the tax structuring of cross-border investment vehicles, and M&A and real estate transactions. It also assists with wealth management tax issues, along with tax litigation and tax criminal law. Fabrizio Capponi heads the international tax group in Italy, while Roberta Moscaroli and Maria Paola Serra are also active team members.
