Position

Tommaso Zanirato is a counsel in our Milan office and a member of the global Banking and Finance practice.

He advises clients including leading domestic and international banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, private debt funds and corporations (also listed) in matters relating to, mainly, acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate and syndicated lending and real estate finance, as well as debt restructuring.

He focuses, in particular, on complex domestic and cross-border leverage buy-out transactions involving banks and financial institutions.
