Position

Jana Matisková is a senior Counsel and a member of the Real Estate practice group in the Dentons Prague office with over 20 years of legal experience. She is active in all fields of real estate with focuses on development, construction and construction related environmental law, leasing and property management as well as related dispute resolution. Jana has led or has been involved in numerous projects of development, sale and acquisition and lease of real estate, including R&D, hotel, logistic, industrial, office and multifunctional centers, as well as environmental technologies and engineering networks. She is particularly strong in advising on all types of construction contracts (including FIDIC), development management agreements, leases and property (facility) management agreements.

In addition, Jana has advised on the regulatory issues (especially on monumental protection, construction (zoning and building permits) and/or environmental aspects (IPPC, LEED or BREEAM)) of the construction, reconstruction and development of hotels, R&D centres, greenfield logistics and production facilities. She also has experience in advising clients on or representing in related dispute resolution.

Career

Jana joined Dentons Prague team (formerly Altheimer & Gray and Salans) in 2000. She was appointed as a counsel in 2015.
