Markéta Tvrdá is Partner and a senior member of the Real Estate Group in Dentons’ Prague office. She focuses her practice on real estate acquisitions and disposals as well as corporate M&A and commercial law. She has extensive experience in advising major institutional investors and developers on a number of complex transactions in commercial, office space and logistics sectors. She also advises private equity clients on various M&A transactions.

Promoted to Partner in 2018. Re-joined Dentons as Senior Associate in 2014. Previous experience: Glatzová&Co. (2011-2014); Hogan Lovells LLP (2008-2010), Salans (now Dentons) (2002-2008).
