Jiří is partner and Co-head of the Real Estate Practice Group in Dentons’ Prague office. He has almost 20 years of experience, focusing on transactional real estate work. He has acted as lead counsel in major real estate acquisitions and disposals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary and Russia. He is recognized as one of the top M&A Real Estate lawyers in the Czech Republic and also has strong record in real estate financing, development, asset management and leasing work.
Career
Jiří joined Dentons (formerly Salans) in 2004. He was appointed as a partner in 2010. Between 1998 and 2004 he cooperated as Law clerk and Associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Prague.
