Cezary Przygodzki is head of Dentons Tax practice group in Poland. He focuses on international tax planning and M&A structuring. He advises clients on tax aspects of restructuring and reorganizing of their business as well as foreign investors in Poland, particularly with regard to tax incentives and reliefs offered to investors.

He is also available to assist clients in tax-related disputes, litigations and administrative proceedings. Cezary’s clients recruit mainly from the energy, media, technology and real estate sectors, although he is no stranger to assisting financial institutions and private equity funds.

He has been recognized as one of the top tax experts in the area of transaction advisory in Poland by Rzeczpospolita daily’s Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms 2020.
