Agustin Acosta Cárdenas is an LLM graduate from the International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration program at New York University, with 11 years of experience.

He advices multinational and domestic corporations on different practice areas such as contractual and corporate matters, public procurement, investment contracts, ADR, international arbitration, compliance and anti-corruption.

Agustin has received a certificate of congratulations by Economic & Commercial Unit the Embassy of the United States, due to its contribution as speaker and advice in certain matters.

Also, was the only Ecuadorian lawyer in the public & private delegation to Washington DC to reactivate the Trade and Investment Committee between the United States and Ecuador.

Agustin was president of the Ecuadorian Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and presently he is the Technical Secretary of the Integrity and Anticorruption Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce in Ecuador.
