David Benalcazar is a Juris Doctor, with 21 years of experience in corporate advisory and incorporation of Ecuadorian and offshore companies for national and international clients.

David has led important processes and advice companies in relevant acquisitions. He provides advice to clients in the elaboration, review and negotiation of contracts that are necessary in the different instances of the legal existence of the companies, such as sales, mergers, capital increases or liquidations.

Also, as part of his legal services David represents several national and international companies, being recognized by his professionalism and transparency. Furthermore, in the last months he represented and advised on the sale of an important multinational franchise in Ecuador, including all aspects of the process: legal, corporate and banking.
