Career

Arno Moret is a partner in our CMS Real Estate & Construction Practice Area Group. Arno practices construction law, with particular expertise in complex construction arbitration.​

Arno works for governments and other public bodies, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, professionals, banks and financial institutions on a wide variety of different projects. He has extensive experience in large (re)development projects.​

Arno regularly publishes articles on construction law and is often a speaker at seminars, both in-house and elsewhere. Arno has practiced as a lawyer since 1994 and has been with CMS since 1998.

Co-heads Jeroen Berlage and  Arno Moret are key to the practice, Moret is known for his litigation skills and handles construction arbitration for the firm but also advises on project contracts for offshore wind projects. Berlage leads on infrastructure matters involving transactions and litigation.
