Roman Tarlavski is a partner and heads our Corporate/M&A Practice Group. His particular emphasis is cross-border M&A, structured joint ventures, public-private projects and private equity transactions.
Roman joined CMS in 2002 as a partner from Andersen Legal where he had worked since 1993.
