Alexander IJkelenstam is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group. He specialises in planning law and environmental law. He advises throughout the (pre-) application process and manages planning and environmental risks in transactions. Alexander also handles general administrative law cases, for example regarding administrative enforcement decisions and access to public information.​

He studied at the Amsterdam University. During his study and later on, he was a member of the city district council of Amsterdam-West for six years.​

Alexander advises investors, retailers, project developers and public authorities.
