Etiënne Courbois is a counsel in our Banking & Finance Practice Group. 

He advises both lenders and borrowers on domestic and multi-jurisdictional (debt) finance transactions, with a focus on syndicated lending (investment grade, leveraged and real estate). Etiënne also regularly advise on debt restructurings and aspects of Dutch insolvency law.

Etiënne has been with CMS since 2020 and previously worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy.
