Founding partner of Pino Elizalde Abogados, member of the New York State Bar Association and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, which allows him to practice before the federal courts of the United States as well as the Courts of New York. His main practice area is to counsel our foreign clients in a wide variety of corporate matters, not only during their entry process in the Ecuadorian market, but also once the corporation has been established. Great part of his professional expertise is related to merger and acquisition processes of poorly regulated industries, as well as highly regulated ones, such as telecommunications and energy industries. He has been guest professor in Corporate Law and Arbitration Law in the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, as well as in International Law in the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo
