Career

Founding partner of Pino Elizalde Abogados. For more than 14 year he has sponsored and provided legal advice to clients in areas such as intellectual property, property law, and labor law. During the year 2000, he acted as advisor to the Governor of Guayas. He is mainly dedicated to advice our local and foreign clients in labor issues and matters related to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, as well as corporate matters. Recently, he has been involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions in several industries such as online fast food services, insurances, pharmaceutical and oil. He has been professor of Intellectual Property Law and International Transactions in the International Studies Faculty of the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
