Career
He has performed as Chief of the Labour Division and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice – Labour Cassation Chamber, and President of the School of Labour Lawyers. Mr Alvarez is a business advisor in labour, employment and social security matters since 1964. He is a founding partner of the firm.
Mr. Alvarez has advised companies in labour and employment issues for more than forty years. He has been the leader of retirement plans, collective bargaining processes and restructuring plans. He has litigated in a large number of lawsuits before the ordinary Labor judges as well as cassation proceedings before the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice.
