In addition, he represents clients before the Ministry of Labour, UGPP and other state entities. He has acted as umpire in different arbitration tribunals. Is professor of the Continued Studies Department and in the certificate in conciliation and employment law at the Javeriana. He is professor at the postgraduate course organized by the Department of Continuing Education of the Faculty of Law at the Javeriana for ACRIP, providing labor law courses.
