Career
Paula Beveraggi is a Senior Associate attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Entertainment Law and Telecommunications and Media Law departments. She has been working with the Firm since 2000.
Her practice focuses on the day-to-day legal advice to our clients. She also specializes in corporate capital restructuring.
She has handled numerous business acquisition and sale transactions and participated and/or coordinated due diligence procedures. She has also handled mergers and corporate reorganizations, actively liaising with the Tax and Corporate departments.
She has also handled the financial debt restructuring processes; and has experience of out-of-court schemes of arrangement and negotiable bond issuance procedures, with knowledge of the sector’s regulatory framework.
She has extensive experience in providing day-to-day advice to pay-TV programmers, producers and operators, and media clients generally. She has a solid experience of the regulatory framework for broadcasting. As a specialist in entertainment law, she has been recognized on numerous occasions by publications such as Chambers Latin America and Legal 500.
