The eight-strong IP department at Albagli Zaliasnik is experienced in digital and internet rights, copyright, trade marks, patents, and anti-piracy issues. The team also advises on IP licensing, and industrial and business secrets. A partner since 2020, IP group director Eugenio Gormáz routinely assists with the protection of industrial property rights for retail, pharmaceutical, telecoms and transportation sector clients.
