Walkers‘ insolvency and dispute resolution team specialises in handling complex, cross-border disputes; contentious trust matters, commercial and contractual disputes, and insolvency proceedings are all areas of strength. The ‘truly excellent’ Nigel Sanders leads the team, with a practice covering both large-scale trust disputes and insolvency issues. Fraser Hern represents clients in insolvency and restructuring matters. Marc Seddon and Richard Holden both handle company and trusts disputes. Senior counsel James Turnbull and Charlotte Yates, who was recently made up to senior associate, are also noted.
