Career
Alexander Lynch is Head of Weil’s Capital Markets practice, representing companies, particularly private equity-backed portfolio companies, in a wide range of industries including consumer, technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, energy and manufacturing, as well as leading investment banks and private equity firms. He has extensive experience in equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACS, follow-on offerings, block trades, acquisition-related financings, strategic investments and private placements. He also advises boards of public and private companies on general corporate and public company reporting matters and Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance issues.
