Head of Weil’s Global Finance Practice
Career
Daniel Dokos is Head of Weil’s Global Finance practice. Daniel has extensive experience in all areas of bank financing, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and cross-border lending. He represents financial institutions, non-bank lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged acquisition and recapitalization transactions, syndicated lending, investment grade lending, cash flow lending and asset-based lending, as well as loan restructurings, debtor in possession financings and exit financings. Daniel served on the Firm’s Management Committee from 2008 to 2016.
