Career
Michael Epstein, a partner in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and co-Head of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity practice, is a recognized expert in IP and technology law. His practice involves transactions and counseling in all areas of IP and technology, including IP acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing arrangements, outsourcing, joint ventures and other targeted alliances. His counseling experience includes IP protection audits, implementation of trade secret security programs, cybersecurity, and development of commercialization of IP and technology strategies. He is the author of “Epstein on Intellectual Property” and co-editor of “Drafting License Agreements.”
