Career

Ms. Greenwald has substantial experience representing servicers, manufacturers, operating lessors, commercial finance companies, institutional lenders, private equity firms and other investors in a variety of transaction structures relating to aviation assets and portfolios of rolling stock, including securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings, including those involving syndicated equity, and other structured financings, joint ventures, cross-border operating leases, servicing arrangements and the establishment of offshore leasing platforms.

While attending law school at the University of Illinois College of Law, Ms. Greenwald served as President of the Women’s Law Society and was Production Editor for the University of Illinois Journal of Law and Technology Policy. She was also the recipient of the Board of Visitors Scholarship and the J. Nelson Young Scholarship for excelling in the study of tax law.
