Mr. Thielen has significant experience representing commercial banks, operating lessors, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds and other investors in a variety of transaction structures, including securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, Rule 144A and Regulation S capital markets offerings, including those involving syndicated equity and other structured financings, cross-border operating leases, leveraged leases and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Thielen also has experience representing investors in structuring and establishing strategic joint ventures and new leasing platforms for aviation and rail assets, and counseling clients on various day-to-day matters such as corporate structuring, servicing and management agreements, and general corporate and securities law issues.
