Victoria Savage is a principal associate within the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team in Birmingham, and has over 15 years’ experience working within the banking and finance sector, specialising in contentious complex claims acting for lenders as both claimant and defendant in various disputes. Victoria is experienced in CCA related issues including section 75 consumer disputes and section 140 unfair relationship claims, and manages portfolios for a number of lenders in claims brought against them. She also specialises in, and manages portfolios consisting of complex commercial high value lending litigation. Victoria’s client base is sophisticated and has high expectations regarding service levels. As such, she support the management of the team in Birmingham, heading up a team of Associates and Paralegals working on several portfolios of work, ensuring that the work is done to a high standard.
