Career

Randall is a BLP Partner in the San José office. He leads BLP’s Labor & Employment practice, an area in which he has specialized for more than 28 years.

He has extensive experience advising national and international companies in planning and organizational structuring processes, development and implementation of labor policies, compensation plans and benefits of executive staff, and labor regulatory advice.

He is an active litigant in labor matters and provides consultancy on topics such as best practices for the handling of complaints of sexual harassment, flexible work policies, and the labor implications of the relocation of commercial operations.

Randall is described by his clients as an excellent lawyer, with a great mastery of labor legislation and prime concern for customer service, which has earned him high recognition by the renowned international directories Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Who’ s Who Legal.

He is Director of Labor Relations for Latin America of the Federation of Human Management Associations (FIDAGH).

He joined the BLP team in 2003 and becomes a Partner in 2016. Previously, he worked for Chiquita Brands before assuming management positions at Pricewater House Coopers and KPMG. He was also Regional Director of Human Resources of the multinational Cemex.
