Robert is a Director of BLP in the San Jose office. He specializes in the practice area of Dispute Resolution.

His work involves advising and representing national and international companies in administrative procedures to resolve disputes in consumer affairs, unfair competition, commercial and banking issues, criminal allegations, and other contentious matters. He has represented a variety of clients in national and international arbitration venues related to contractual and non-contractual civil liability and intellectual property, among others.

Robert has been a law professor at the Metropolitan University Castro Carazo, where he has taught courses in Legal Information, General Theory of Contracts, Notary and Registry Law, and others.
