Mr Rajab Abbassi
Position
Rajab Abbassi is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Financial Institutions and Insurance Transactions & Regulatory practice groups. Rajab’s practice is focused on complex corporate transactions in the insurance industry. He advises strategic clients and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, reinsurance transactions, strategic investments, public and private securities offerings and other corporate transactions, and on other matters of corporate and securities law. He also advises boards of directors and senior management on strategic and governance matters.
