Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. Recognized as a leading practitioner, he advises issuers or financial institutions on a wide array of transactions (tender offers, IPOs, equity offerings, block trades, dual listings, equity-linked, public and PIPE transactions on the Nasdaq for French issuers). Florent Bouyer has recently advised on major transactions in France, notably IPOs, significant public M&A transactions or transactions with equity and derivatives components. Florent has also developed a recognized expertise in renewable energy and tech.
