Career
Renaud Bonnet, co-chair of Jones Day’s global Private Equity Practice, practices in the areas of venture capital, private equity, M&A and capital markets. Renaud primarily represents technology and life sciences companies, and the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, at every stage of development, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multibillion-dollar global corporations. He has served as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late stage financing rounds, M&A and buy-out transactions, IPOs and tender offers. Renaud is a member of the Corporate Finance Committee of France Biotech.
