Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP’s Miami office is best known for its high market share of large syndicated loans in Brazil. Amy Dulin is a recognised leader in this field, with Emilio Saiz providing additional senior-level talent in the area. Alongside Brazil, the syndicated lending team is also active in Mexico and Colombia, primarily acting for lenders although also enjoying  a healthy number of engagements from borrowers. Bilateral facilities constitute another key area and the team is also at the forefront of sustainability-linked financings to major Brazilian borrowers.
