Position
Noam focuses on the representation of banks and funds as both borrowers and lenders on the origination, purchase and sale of balance sheet, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity and corporate loans (including land, construction, repositioning, bridge and permanent loans) across all real estate asset classes. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements for loans that present underwriting challenges. His practice also includes representing institutional investors on joint venture agreements, acquisitions and developments.

Mr. Haberman received his Juris Doctor in 2008 from New York University, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Political Science in 2005 from New York University.
