Cleber is an expert in labor and employment litigation in both individual and class actions. He advises companies on issues related to labor and employment, compensation, benefits and union negotiations.

He also represents clients before Brazil’s Labor Prosecution Office and the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and reviews labor and employment aspects of M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.
