Key Partner. Bruno Lardosa is known for representing financial institutions, institutional investors, multilateral organizations, asset managers and large corporations in debt and equity transactions, both in the local and international markets. He is known by clients for his pragmatic and yet comprehensive approach to address issues and create innovative solutions based on his extensive knowledge of local regulations and almost 2 decades of experience in the field. His comprehension of the clients’ business and needs put him in the forefront of his peers and allow him to connect with the investment teams facilitating the crafting of the transaction that the clients need. His practice includes complex structured transactions, including securitization of real estate, agribusiness and financial assets, and transactions with distressed assets and litigation finance. He has represented clients in novel structures that required close interaction with regulators, including leading the emblematic 2018 BRL660 million securitization of real estate receivables by Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A. that reversed a precedent that had prevailed in the regulator (CVM) for over 6 years. Bruno has also represented clients in complex tender offers, including Enel’s 2014 tender offer for shares of the electricity distribution company Coelce for BRL570 million. He also assists clients in transactions involving convertible debt securities, equity options and warrants in local and international capital and financial markets.
