She is recognized by the market as one of the most respected professionals within the debt market and has deep experience in foreign investments and finance regulations and creation and enforcement of security packages. Last year, Ivie counselled the underwriters in connection with the issuance of non-convertible unsecured debentures by Petrobras, as described herein.
