Ivie Moura Alves has extensive experience in domestic and international financing, both through commercial banking transactions (including complex syndicated loans) and financing transactions structured through capital markets deals (notably domestic debentures and other debt issuances). She is recognized by the market as one of the most respected professionals within the debt market and has deep experience in foreign investments and finance regulations and creation and enforcement of security packages. Last year, Ivie counselled the underwriters in connection with the issuance of non-convertible unsecured debentures by Petrobras, as described herein.
