Career
Josh is Chair of the firm’s capital markets practice. He represents companies and underwriters in equity and debt offerings and has an expertise in offerings by master limited partnerships and other alternative entities. Josh has worked on more than 70 IPOs in his career. He also advises boards, special committees and financial advisors in public and private M&A transactions. Mr. Davidson works with companies in the pipeline, midstream, oil and gas, coal, renewable energy, shipping, and refining industries. He was elected into the Ammy’s Hall of Fame in 2020 by Alerian, an independent information services company and creator of the widely followed Alerian MLP Index, to recognize excellence in the North American energy infrastructure industry.
