Clients include the Republic of Colombia, Republic of Panama, Republic of Turkey and Hungary. In 2021, the team continued to advise Colombia and Panama on significant bond offerings, along with key transactions for the Republic of Turkey and Empresa Nacional de Autopista, the Panamanian toll road operator. Washington DC partners Whitney Debevoise  and Gregory Harrington  are co-heads of the sovereign finance team with decades of experience in sovereign offerings from Latin America; Debevoise also previously served as US Executive Director of the World Bank.
