Nick specialises in disputes involving complex international trust and corporate structures.
He acts for and advises: trustees, beneficiaries and other parties to trusts; directors,
shareholders and other corporate stakeholders. He acts in trust administration proceedings.
He also has extensive experience of commercial litigation and of regulatory matters.

Career

Nick qualified as a Solicitor in New South Wales in 2004 and in England in 2010.

He gained valuable dispute resolution experience practising commercial litigation in Sydney and London before joining Babbé LLP in 2010.

He re-qualified as a Guernsey Advocate in 2012, was made a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team in 2016 and became Babbé’s Managing Partner on 1 June 2021.
