Senior partner; areas of practice include contentious and non-contentious trusts, private clients, financial services regulation, insolvency and commercial property matters. Holder of a personal fiduciary licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Career

Andrew’s practice focuses on acting for financial institutions from both Guernsey and other
jurisdictions. He has extensive experience of trusts and fiduciary matters and has appeared
in many reported decisions. His practice, both contentious and non-contentious, extends to
trusts, private clients, financial services regulation, insolvency and commercial property matters. He has given expert evidence of matters of Guernsey law in a number of foreign jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and the United States. He sits on a number of boards and holds other roles including that of co-trustee, enforcer, protector and guardian (of a foundation).
